How does sleep effect your learning?
Sleep is very important to your brain. It's like a nutrient for your brain. While you sleep, your brain goes overs and practices every thing you had learned throwout the day.
How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
I get 9 hours of sleep every day. Sometimes on weekends, I might take more than 11 hours of sleep. I think that it is not enough for me. I sleep for 9 hours on weekdays and I still feel tired every morning.Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
After reading this documents about sleep and learning, I will try to sleep earlier every day so that I can enough sleep. This will help me learn more. This is important because this is important step of my career.
